Live Aboard Diving Cruise
Arrive Sharm el-Sheikh, met and transfer to embark your Red Sea cruise. Lunch and start planning the first refresher dive. After sunset, a night dive. Overnight on your yacht. (L, D)
Start cruising south before sunrise and we wake up at a new location: Beacon Rock. this is where the ill-fated British ship the "Dunraven" sank in 1867. The wreck is easy to enter, making it a good dive. After lunch we dive the "Small Crack", a passage that leads from the inner reef to the open sea. (B, L, D)
Prepare yourself for the best wreck dive ever - on the S/S "Thistlegorm". This British supply ship was carrying supplies and ammunition to an English battalion in Egypt when it was sunk by a German aircraft during World War II. Discovered in 1993 and since then became a diver's delight, the ship is full of trucks, motorcycles, train engines, tanks and other war supplies. Huge schools of game fish and beautiful soft coral are everywhere. We will spend the entire day here, with at least 4 dives. (B, L, D)
|4||Next stop: "Shag Rock". Choose from either another spectacular wreck dive or a reef dive featuring huge table and fan corals. Around this reef opportunity to see white tip sharks, reef sharks, sea turtles and a variety of other marine life. (B, L, D)|
