Egypt Tops Independent’s list of best places to visit in 2020

In an article titled “This is where the experts recommend for travel next year, from Egypt to Pakistan” released on the Independent website, Egypt topped the list of the best places to visit in 2020.

The article reported that the experts believe that Egypt should be visited next year, especially after the resumption of flights to Sharm el-Sheikh. More than 11 million people visited Egypt in 2018, according to official figures.

The article recommended visiting the Grand Egyptian Museum, which is scheduled to open in 2020 to be the largest archaeological museum in the world.

The museum will display a wide range of ancient Egyptian antiquities, 30,000 of which have never been displayed for the public before.

Pakistan came in second, followed by Milwaukee in the United States in third. Denmark's Copenhagen was ranked fourth, and UK's Kent ranked fifth.

Chad came in sixth, Peru in seventh, China's Sichuan in eighth, Scotland's Aberdeen in ninth and New England in the United States came in 10th.
