The Temple of Isis on Philae Island, Aswan, Egypt
Philae, is an island housing the temple of the god Isis. After the construction of the old dam in 1904 the temple went underwater for almost a year. After the construction of the big high dam at Aswan. In order to save the temple it has to be dismantled into pieces and moved up on drier land about 500 feet into the north direction on an island used to be called Egelika.
